RESOLUTION
No. 73 .. 132
WHEREAS, it has been requested by George W. Armitage and Ida
Armitage, hiB wiCe, owners of certain real property in Morningside Estates
Unit 3Bt in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that th'J City of Clearwater, Florida,
vacate a certain portion of a drainage and utility easement; and .
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said portion of drainage and utility easement is not
necessary nor required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage
of the City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS;
1. That the following;
The Westerly 10 feet of an existing 90 foot drainage and
utility easement on Lot :nz, Morningside Estates, Unit
3B, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 61, page 41 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and :released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persona, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
Z. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Mr. and
Mrs. George Armitage, 405 Stewart Boulevard, Clearwater, Florida 33516.
