WHEREAS, it has been requested by Holston Valley In~estment Co. .
the owner of certain real property in Manda1ay Rep1at of Unit 5 in the City
of C1e8:rwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain
portion of a platted alley: and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public hearing thereon. the
City Commission finds that said portion of platted alley is not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City
and the general public that the same be vacated:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following:
The South 2.75.776 feet of the platted alley in Block B.
according to a replat of a part of Unit 5, MANDALA Y,
as recorded in Plat Book 21, page 13 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons. firms or corporations entitled thereto by law.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellaa County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Richard L.
Stewart. Attorney for Owner, 1904 Drew Street, Clearwater, Florida 33515.
