RESOLUTION
No. 73 - 114
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of the
Utility Revenue Renewal &: Replacement Fund and the Utility Revenue Certificate
Sinking Fund sums to cover certain engineering expenses and miscellaneous
costs incurred in connection with the extension of the water and sewer system
of the City, and for miBcellaneoua costa in connection with the validation
and sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the reimburs emant of these sums to the City of Clearwater
from proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972,
was included in authorizing the issuance of said Utility Revenue Certificates,
Series of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater Utility Revenue Renewal & Replace..
ment Fund and Utility Revenu~ Certificate Sinking Fund should now be
reimbursed from the Construction Trust FWld derived from the proceeds of
the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972; and
WHEREAS. thereis now due and payable to the Utility Revenue Renewal
&: Replacement Fund of the City of Clearwater for engineering expenses and
miscellaneous costs incurred in connection with the extension of the water and
sewer system of the City, and for miscellaneous costs in connection with the
vulidation and sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1972, the
following sums:

Clearwater Sun for legal notices for
validation of said issue 29.25

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REOULARL Y ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the sum of $48,364, 00 be paid to the Utility Revenue Renewal
& Replacement Fund of the City of Clearwater and the sum of $164,973.38 he
paid to the Utility Revenue Certificate Sinking Fund of the City of Clearwater
from the Construction Trust Fund by the Barnett Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater,
Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agreement dated May 2.5,
