certain real property in Block 7 and 8, Bayview City Subdivision, in the City
of Clearwater Florida that the City of Clearwater Florida vacate a certain
platted alley; and
WHEREAS, after proper public notice and public bearing thereon, the
City Commission finds that said alley is not necessary nor required and it is
deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED AS

;c 1. That the following:
The alley which runs East and West along the South side of
<s,` Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 7, Bayview City Subdivision, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 43,
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law,
2. That the following:
The alley lying South of Lot 1, Block 7 and South of Lots 1
through 6, inclusive, Block 8, Bayview City Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
9, page 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by law, excepting
that the City of Clearwater hereby retains an easement for drainage and utility
purposes upon said real property.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution in
the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
