RESOLUTION
No. 73 73
WHEREAS, the City Commission has enacted Ordinance No. 1449
which enacted a new Chapter 20 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Clearwater, Florida, 1962, to set forth the rules and regulations for the
approval and recording of subdivision maps and plats And to set forth sub.
division standards and requirements; and
WHEREAS, said Chapter 20, specifically Section 20-10, A, 3 and 4,
provides for a basic administrative review fee to be submitted with all subdivision
applications and a record plat filing fee to be paid by the developer; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to set and establish such
fees and charges in accordance with Chapter 20 of said Code of Ordinances;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY. AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. There is hereby set and established the following fees and charges
in accordance with Chapter 20 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater,
Florida, 1962, relating to Record Plats and Subdivisions:
Schedule of fees for Subdivision Review:
Base fee - up to and including 25 lots $50.00
Each lot above 25 - per lot 1.00
The above base fee and any added lot fee required shall be paid for
each separate subdivision and/or unit addition to be reviewed for
preliminary approval. Said fee shall be paid to the City of Clearwater
and shall be submitted to the Planning Department of the City of
Clearwater with all original applications.
Schedule of fees for filing Record Plat:
Base fee per acre or any portion thereof $ 5.00
The above fee shall be paid to the City of Clearwater and shall be
submitted to the Engineering Department of the City of Clearwater
upon presentation of final plat. The above fee shall be in addition to
recording fees and any other charges to be paid by the developer to
the Pinellas County Clerk for such plat.

2. The above fees shall be paid to the City of Clearwater before action
is taken on such subdivision plat review and record plat filing and recording.
