A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF $9, 000, 000
UTILITY REVENUE CERTIFICATES, SERIES OF 1972
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
has heretofore authorized the issuance of $9, 000, 000 Utility Revenue Certificates,
Series of 1972; and
WHEREAS, said issue should now be offered at public sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the $9, 000, 000 Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of
1972, dated August 1, 197Z, heretofore authorized by the City Commission,
shall be offered at public sale on sealed bids to be received on a date to be
determined in his discretion by the City Manager.
2. Such Notice of Sale shall be in such form as the City Manager
shall in his discretion determine, with the approval of the City Attorney.
3. This Resolution shall be effective immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April, A. D. 1973.
