No. 73 - 28.
WHEREAS, the City o! Clearwater 10 now the owner o! the hereinafter
described property: and
WHEREAS, said property has never been formally dedicated as street
right...o!..way, although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution and to name the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
rn SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public, and the City of
Clearwater, generally as their interests may appear:
That portion of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 18,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East described as follows:
Begin at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said
Section 18-29...16 and run N 89042'43" W, along the East-West
centerline of said Section 18, a distance of 100.01 feet; thence
S 01003'04" W, 50.00 feet to a point; thence N 89042143" W
along the Southerly right...of..way line, and its Easterly extension
thereof, of State Road 60, a distance of 780.00 feet for a P. O. B. ;
thence S 01003'04" W, a distance of 1,238.74 feet to the North
right_of_way line of Druid Road: thence N 89020' 07" W, along
said North right-of-way line, a distance of 50.00 feet: thence
N 01003104" E, a diotance of 1,238.41 feet to the aforesaid
Southerly right-of-way line of State Road 60; thence S 89042143"

2. That said street is hereby named Bypass Drive and shall be designated
