thirty-day period and the City Commiuion has caused the removal or
demoHtion of said building, and the costs of such work should now be
assessed as a Hen on bchll1! of the City of Clearwater against said property.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Pursuant to Section llA-5 of the Code of Ordinances, Clty of
Clearwater. Florida. 1962, and after public hearing thereon and written
notice, the owner of the real property listed in Resolution No. 7Z-14Z,
passed on November 20, 1972, described as:
Lot 49, Bidwell's Oakwood Addition to Clearwater, Florida,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1,
page 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas County. Florida,
also known as 701 Eldridge Street, Clearwater, Florida.
The record tiUe holder to said property appears to be the
Estate of R. Reche Williams I Jr., Deceased, Mary Alice
Williams. Executrix. 110Z Cypress, Tampa, Florida. and
Attorney for Estate, John A. ChUldon, 906 First Federal
Building, ZZO Madison Street, Tampa, Florida 33602,
according to the Public Records and the cu::rent tax roll of
Pinellas County, Florida,
having {ailed to remove or demolish said building in accordance with said
Resolution, and the City of Clearwater, having now completed said work,
does hereby assess and charge a lien on bebaU of the City of Clearwater,
against said described real property for the necessary cost incurred as
follows:

2. As soon as practicable a certificate of indebtedness against
the described real property for the amount of the assessment shall be
prepared, which certificate shall constitute and be a prior lien to all other
liens except the lien for taxes. Said certificate, when issued, shall be payable
to bearer in not exceeding ten (10) equal annual installments with interest at
a rate not greater than eight percent (80/0) per annwn payable annually.
