20 ~hat the affected property o~er or owners of said
property shalt be given notice in ~.rrlt'~n8 of the adoption oC the
Resoluticng together ,d.th

a copy of ~he Reoolution, and that on
at .: :3~...: .M. a pubHc hearing
will be held at the City Hall Auditorium in Ctearwatern Floridan
at which the affected property owner or owners will be given an
opportunity to present CO the Ci~y Commission his or their
objections to said Resolutiono
30 That: at said public hearing the CJ.ty CommlGsio:.'\ shall
determine \..hether the affected properties should be cleared for
one or more of the above specified re&sons or conti~ltute one or
more of the abovespeelfled hazardsn giving due consideration ~a
all evidence presentedg and it said Commission 90 determines
said Resolution shall be made effective by confirmation thereof.
40 Thereafter ~~itten demand shall be sent to the owner
or owners of the affected properties, requiring him or them to
clear said property in sceordance with the confirmed Resolution,
and if said demand is not ~omplied with within fifteen (15) days
from the date of ncticeD said property will be cleared by the
City and the costs thereof ~il1 be assessed as and constitute a
lien against said propertyo
