NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER. FLORIDA.
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED. AS
FOLLOWS:
1. A Special Referendum Election shall be held in the area of
Shadowlawn Subc!ivision and Blocks F and"G, Floridena Subdivision,
between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December IZ,
1972, for the purpose of voting on the following:
Do you approve Ordinance No. 1420, providing for the
annexation of the following -described property:
Shadowlawn Subdivision, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 41, of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together
with all other streets, rights-of..way, all public ease-
ments contained therein or contiguous or abutting thereto
and establishing zoning as tfRS_50" (Single
Family Residential District)
and designating it in Fire District No.2; and
Blocks F and G, Floridena Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 9, page 34, Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, together with all other streets.

Z. All registered electors and freeholders who are residents within
the areas to be annexed shall be eligible to vote at said election.
3. Notice of said election shall be given by publication in a newspaper
published and of general circulatioo in the City of Clearwater. ooce a week
for the four (4) weeks immediately preceding said election.
4. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to prepare the ballot to be used
in said election and to do all things necessary and proper as required by law
in the management and conduct of said election.
