RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the City Commis sion of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
previously passed a RCllolution confirming thc adoption of a Resolution by
the Board of County Commissioners offering the construction of improvements
to Woodside Avenue and agreeing to pay onc-third of the construction cost for
the portions within the City limits; and
WHEREAS, the City has received requests for the paving of Woodcrest
Avenue, of which a. portion of the abutting property owners arc also in the
County; and
WHEREAS, the City desires that the Board of County Commissioners
include the paving of Woodcrest Avenue in with the project of improvements
to Woodside Avenue; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interests of both the City
and the County of Pinellas to improve Woodcrest Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater hereby requests the Board of County
Commissioners to include the improvement of Woodcrest Avenue in with its
project to improve "Woodside Avenue and further agrees to pay one-third of the
construction costs for the portions within the City limits and also consents to
the assessment of abutting property owners for the balance of the cost of
construction of the portions within the City limits by the Board of County
Commissioners against property located within the City of Clearwater.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to
the Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas County, Florida.
