RESOLUTION
No. n - 12.3
WHEREAS, the City of Clflnrwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Commis sion
that said property has never been formally dedicated as street right of way,
although the same is to be used for such purpose: and
WHEREAS, the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
street by formal resolution and to name the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as a public street for use by the general public and the City of
Clearwater generally as their interests may appear and it is hereby named
Laura Street:
Start at the Southwest corner of Lot 13, Block IB, Gould
and Ewings Subdivision, Second Addition, as recorded in
Plat Book 1, page 53 of the Public Records of Hillsborough
County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a
part, for a P. 0, B. : said Point also being the North line of
Laura Street; thence run West along the North line of Laura
Street e:dended to the East line of Block B, Gould and Ewing,
First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 53 of the
Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which
Pinellas County was formerly a part; thence run Southerly along
the East line of said Block B to the intersection of the South line
of Laura Street extended; thence run East along said extension
of South line uf Laura Street to the Northwest corner of Lot 7,
Block 19 of aforesaid Gould and Ewings Subdivision, Second
Addition; thence run Northerly to the P. O. B.
z. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
pas sage.
