RESOLUTION
No. 72.. 12.2.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that an casement is required for
the storm drainage system in Section 17, Township 2,9 South, Range 16 East,

Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has the necessary authority, as
well as the necessary finances to acquire said easement; and
WHEREAS, considerable effort has been made by the City of Clearwater
in order to acquire the necessary casement and it is now apparent that condemnation
proceedings must be filed against said property owner whose parcel has not
been acquired by the City of Clearwater for said purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. To forthwith acqui-rc and app-rop-riate a permanent easement from
Joseph W. McGoldrick, 5719 St. Charles Road, Berkeley, Illinois,
which said permanent easement is described in Exhibit "A", which is attached
hereto and made a pa.rt he-reof.
Z. The pUl'pOSC of said appropriation being for the storm drainage
system in Section 17. Township 2.9 South. Range 16 East, Pinellas County,
Florida.
3. 'l'he City Manager nba,l1 ca.use w-ritten notice hereof to be given to
the aforesaid owner in accordance with Section 139 of the Charter of the City
of Clearwater.
