said Resolution shall be made effective ve by conrirsnation thereof.
4. Thereafter written demand shall be sent to the owner
or owners of the affected

clear said property in accordance with the confirmed Resolution,,
*^ i and if said demand is not complied with within fifteen (15) days
t from the date of netice9 said property will be cleared by the
City and the costs thereof will be assessed as and constitute a
