located and prnpaees ta conetruct or re.;anetruct a part of S�ate Road 60; a�d
WHEftEA5, in ordex for the State of Florida DeparEment of Traneporta�ion
ta further and cosr►plete said projsct� it is neceseary tha� cer�ain u�ilitiee
and/or fac�litiea within the righti of way limite of said State Road b0, Highiande
Avenue to Pierce Street� he adjusted, c�anged or relocated; and
WHEREAS, the State af Florida Department of Transportation having
requeeied the City of Clearwater, Florida, to execu�e a�d deliver io the said
Department of Transporta�ion a Utili�y Relocation Agreeament� agxeeing to make
or cause to be made such adyustmente, changes or relocatians of said utilitiee
and/or facilitieA as set out in said Agreement, aad eaid reques� having been
duly considered;
NOW, THERE�'QRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMiSSI�N OF THE CITY OF GLEARWATER, FL�RIDA,
TN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY AS5EMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:

City Attorney he and they are hereby authorized and directed to rnake, execute
and daliver tin the Statie of Floxida Department af Transgortation a Utility
Reiocation Agreement for the adjuetment� change or reiacation nf certain utilit�es
