Report Form of pertinent data including certification that;
a. All police officers, as defined by Section 23.061 (l),
Florida Statutes, employed by the City of Cleaxwatex
meet the qualifications for employment as established by
the PaIice Standards Council of the State of Flarida, and
b. No law enforcement officex employed by the City of Clearwater
is compensated for his services at an annual salary rate of
less than $6, 000, and
c. The salary structure and Galaxy plans of the City of Cleaxwater
for law enforcement officers will meet the provisions of
Part IV of Chapter 23, Flarida Statutes, I97z; and
WHEREAS, upon due investigation, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater has detexmined that all police officers employed by the City
do meet the qualifications for employment established by the Police Standards
Council, and that no law enforcement officer employed by the City of Clearwater
is'compensated far his services at an annual salary rate of less than $6, 000,
and the City Commission of the City of Clearwater desires to hereby evidence
by this resolution said City's compliance with the provisions ~f Paragraphs
(a) and (b) above, and to hereby adopt the qualifying measuxes set foxth in
Paragraph (c} above;

to the Police Standards Council on Decembex 3I, March 31, June 30 and Y:,_ ~
Septembex 30, of each year containing infoxmation relative to compensation of
law enforcement officers employed by it, and such other information as the
Council may require.
5. Effective Date: Excegt as herein otherwise specifically indicated,
all provisions of this resolution shall be and become effective immediately upon
its adoption hereof.
