RESOLUTION
No. 7Z - 73
WHEREAS, it has coma to the attention of the City Commission that
the owner of Lakeside Trailer Park ie now delinquent ae to certain charges
fox utility services, specifically including garbage and trash collection and
sanitary sewer service charges, given by the City of Clearwater to said Park;
and
WHEREAS, repeated demands have been made upon said owner for
payment of these chargos and the ownex has refused to pay the lama; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of authorizing the City
Attorney to institute legal proceedings against said Park for the collection
of any delinquent charges due and owing to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEA,R.WATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the City Commission hereby authorizes tho City Attorney to
institute whatever legal proceedings are deemed necessary against the owner
of Lakeside Trailer Park in order to enforce the collection of all delinquent
charges far utility services of every kind, specifically including garbage and
trash collection and sanitary sewer service charges rendered by the City of
Clearwater to said Park.
