for the Comprehensive Plan of the City including the Community Facilities
Element of such Plan as to these utilities; and
WHEREAS, at an all-day Seminar of April 14, 1472, sponsored
jointly by 5t. Petersburg and the Pinellas County Board of County Com-
mi~ssianers, a panel of elected officials of County and local municipalities did
adopt a Resolution calling for a Countywide computerized mathematical
model; and
WHEREAS, it is recommended that the current work being done
for St. Petersburg would become the oxiginal core of such Countywide
s ys tern;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED 13Y THE CITY
COMMLSSiDN OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA ~ IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY
ASSEMBLED, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
endorses and urges development of a computerized mathematical model
of all water and sewer facilities in Pinellas County, with said madel to
provide a comprehensive inventory of design and demand statistics for
all Water and sewer pipelines and treatment plants, and to be based on
blocks and census tracts as to geographical coordinates, and such system
to have the capability of adjusting for possible changes in land use and
development and potential development projections as may be reflected
by zoning and similar development controls, and adjustments in unit con-
