FOL LOWS:
1. To forthwith acquire and appropriate the fee simple title from
Madelle E. Valentine, of 413 Hillcrest Drive North, Clearwater, Florida,
33515, which said parcel, of land is described as follows:
The East 10 feet of the N 1/z of Lot 31 of Palm Park
Addition, according to the map or plat thereof as re-
corded in Plat Bnok 4 Page B6 of the Public Records of
Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County
was formerly a part.
2. The purpose of said appropriation being for construction and
maintenance of North Greenwood Avenue in the City of Clearwater, Florida.
3. The City Manager shall cause written notice hereof to be given
#o the aforesaid owner in accordance with Section 139 of the Charter of the
City of Clearwater, Florida.
