~ti?•:~;,;; . ,, Cozxtmission have reviewed and evaluated the Camprehenaive Pian since that
date to the present and have kept it current; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan is given recognition through use as
a guideline in annexation and zoning, rezoning, land acquisition and other public
and private development action and further, is referenced in all Federal grant
applications, i. e. water and sewer expansion and open spare; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan has been recognized by the City
Commission as an official policy guideline required fox workable program
recertification; and
WHEREAS, two public hearings have been held on June 2~, 1971, and
on February 7, 1972;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED SY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEAR WATER, FLORIDA,
IlY SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Clearwater, Florida, Camprehenaive Plan completed in
June, 1970, and as amended, is hereby recognized ae the official physical
development guideline of the City of Clearwater.
2, That such physical development policy guideline shall be reviewed
annually for continuing update, reflecting Commission policy, and be implemented
through the Capital Program portion of the annual budget.
