RESOLUTION

No. 72 - 5 d
WHEREAS, the Sward of County Cornmissionera of Pinellas County;'
Florida, has been requested to construct improvements to Woodside Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has ordered that these
improvements be made with the cost of the improvements tv be assessed against
benefiting abutting property owners in accordance with Chapter 63-17$3,
Special Acts of Florida 1463; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary #hat the City of Clearwater consent to
the adoption and confirmation of the resolution passed by the Board offering
the said improvements since certain portions of the property abutting said
street lie within the limits of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interests of bath the City
and the County of Pinellas tv improve Woodside Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is desirous of consenting to the
said improvements and the assessment of the portions located within the
City limits of the City of Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City of Clearwater consents to the adoption and confirms
the Resolution passed by the Board of County Commissioners offering the
construction of improvements to Woodside Avenue^
Z. That the City of Clearwater further consents to the improvement
and assessment of abutting property owners for the full cost of construction
of the portions within the City limits by the Board of County Commissioners
against property located within the City of Clearwater; being:
Lots 1, 9, 12 and 13, Unit 2 of Oak Acres Subdivision
as recorded in Plat $ook 28, Page 41 of the Public
Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block A, Unit 3 of Oak Acres Sub. ,
Plat Book 28, Page 50;
Lot 2, Unit 5, of Oak Acres Sub. , Plat Book 30, Page 42;
Lots 1 through 6 inclusive, Oak Acres Sub. , Unit 8,
Plat Book 51, Page 3.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the Board of County Commissioners of Pinellas~ounty, Florida.
