NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY

FOLLOWS:
1. Ta forthwith acquire and apprapxiate the fee simple title from
the various property owners whose parcels have not been acquired by the City
of Clearwater in the area described as follows:
All that land lying Wcst of and abutting Edgewater Drive
and Iying between a goint that is 1G8 feet more or Ieas Sauth
of centerline of Sunnydale Drive to the centerline of Union
Street, assn being the City limits, in the City of Clearwater,
Florida,
Z. The purpose of said appropriation being for right of way and park
purposes for the City of Clearwatex, Floxida.
3. The City Manager shall cause written notice hexeof to be given to
the aforesaid owners in accordance with Section 139 of the Charter of the City
of Clearwater, Florida.
