Florida State Legislature;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
hereby officially requests and urges the passage of the bill filed by Senator
Henry Sayler to amend Sub-section (1) of Section 325, l9, Floxida Statutes, to
include the inspection of mufflers for leaks and excessively Loud noises as a
requirement in the safety equipment inspection of motor vehicles, by the
Floxida State Legislature.
2. That cextified copies of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith
to the Pinellas County Legislative Delegation.
