WHEREAS, said bide have been tabulated and the recommendatiane of
Briley, Wild & Associates have been submitted to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
GOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the bid for Project II, Part I, submitted by E. N. Murray
Contractor, of Buena Vista, Georgia, in the amount of $114, 543.75, be
conditionally awarded, subject to final approval by the Department of Housing
and Urban Development.
2. That tho bid for Project II, Part Ii, submitted by Layne Atlantic
Company, of Orlando, Florida, in the amount of $85, l 16.00 be conditionally
awarded, subject to final approval by the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.
3. That the bid fox Project III, submitted by Boyce Company, of St.
Petersburg, Florida, in the amount of $7b 1, 182. 20, be conditionally awaxded,
subject to final approval of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
'4. Subject to final approval of the Department of Housing and Urban
Development, the proper City officials are authorized and directed to execute
the contracts with the above law bidders.
