once a week for at least two (2} weeks; the first publication of the notice to bcs
not less than tcsn (14) days prior to the hearing provided fax in the notice.
In addition, the City Clerk shall send written notice to all property owners
within said geographic unincorporated area as determined by the current
Pinellas County tax roll at least ten (10} days before the scheduled hearing,
The notice shall require all persons interested to show cause why said sewer
lines and facilities should not be constructed.
