WHEREAS, ii hoe been requested by Field Hotel Corporation, tho
owner of certain real property in Bayeide Shores Subdivision, in the City
of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
portion of a certain utility easement; and
WHEREAS, said poxtion of the utility easement ie not necessary nor
required and it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City
and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS: '
1. That the following:
The East 26.0 feet of the five foot (5~) utility easement
along the South property line of Lot 1, Block B of Bayeide ~ .
Shores, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 58, gages 12 and 13 of the Public Records of
Pinellas County, Florida, °,
~~ be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the~City of
