CONTINGENT UPON APPROVAL OF FEDERAL WATER
QUALITY ADMINISTRATION, ENVIRONMENTAL PI20.
TECTION AGENCY.
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater advertised and received bide ors
Florida, C-.12-0287, on 3anuary ll, 1972; and

WHEREAS, said bide have been tabulated and the recommendations of
Briley, Wild & Associates have been submitted to fhe City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOZ,VED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the base bid for Project V submitted by the Chilton Construction
Company, Inc. of Dunedin, Florida, in the amount of $882, 619.00, be conditionally
awarded as the lowest and hest bid, subject to final approval by the Federal
Water Quality Administration, Environmental Protection Agency.
2. Subject to final approval by the Federal Water Quality Administration,
Environmental Protection Agency, the pxopex City officials are authorized and
directed to execute the contract with the above low bidder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of February, A, D. 1972,
