RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, it has been requested by L. F. Verdery, the owner of
cortain real property in Montclair Lake Es#atea Subdivision, in the City
of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a
portion of a cortain drainage and utility casement; and
WHEREAS, said portion of the drainage and utility easement is not
necessary nor requixed and ~it is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage
of the City and the general public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following:
The West 3 feet of the drainage and utility easement in
Lot 4$ and that part of Lot 47 Iying North of the Florida
Power Corporation easement as platted in Montclair Lake
Estates, and recorded in Plat Book 53, page I4 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby cacated, closed and xeleased, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto fa the persons, firms or corporations entitled thexeto
by law.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to recoxd this Resalution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be fuxnished to the
said L. F. Verdery.
