WHEREAS, it has been requested by Elwood Hagan, 3r. , the owner
of certain real property in the Second Addition to Fair Oake Subdivisfon, in
the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate
a portion of a dedicated easement for utility purposes; and '
WHEREAS, said portion of the easement is net necessaxy nor required
aad it is deemed to bo to the hest interest and advantage of the City and the
goneral public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY fVSSEMBLEI3, AS
FOLLOWS:
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Cleaxwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its xight, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto
by law.
Z. That the City Clerk ib hereby directed to xecard this Resnlution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
