1, That the Gity of Clearwater hereby requests the Department to use
'~. TOPICS funds to improve State Road 55 {U. S. 19~ for its entire length within

the City limits of Clearwater by revising the median to provide left tuxn
storage lanes at needed Locations.
r Z. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
t hereby approves and endorses the proposed highway improvements to State
Road 55 (U.S. 19) for its entire length within the City limits of Clearwater.
' 3. That the City Will provide beautification in the median in accardanee

with the procedures and policies of the Department.
~k. That five (5) copies of this Resolution shall forthwith be furnished
to the Department.
