WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater hoe found it necessary to install ;'~~.,:~:~;e~;,

WHEREAS, the Railroad hoe prepared an agreement to that effect for
formal execution by its corporate officers, as well as the proper municipal
officials of the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by said
City, formally approving said Agreement and authorizing the pxoprr City
officials to e~cecute same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF. THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, together with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to
e:tecute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company,
hearing date of June 1, 1971, in connection with the installation and main-
tenance for the purpose of conducting natural gas a line of Z-inch steel pipe
across the right of way and underneath tracks of said Railroad in Fourth Avenue
N.W. , at a point 1, 433 feet northwestwardly from Mile Past ARE-685, Largo,
Florida.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be transmitted forthwith
to said Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Company.
