~~'~ WHEREAS, the Railroad has requested a Resolution be adopted by said
City, formally approving said Agreement and authorizing the proper City
officials to execute same:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESDLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayox, tagethex with the other appropriate municipal
officers of the City of Clearwater, are hereby authorized and empowered to
execute a certain agreement with the Seaboard Coast Linn Railroad Company,
bearing date of October 11, 1971, in connection with the installation and main-
tenance far the purpose of conducting natural gas a line of G-inch steel pipe
acxoss the right of way and underneath tracks of said Railroad at Ulmerton,
Floxida, at a point 1, 4z2 feet northwestwardly from Mile Poet ARE-887.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be transmitted forthwith
to said Seaboard Coast Line Railroad Comgany.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day ~ovember,,A.D. 1971.
