Statutes, hereinafter called the "Authority", and the Authority will sublet
such units to the respective occupants thereof; and
WHEREAS, the lease agreement between the Housing Corporation
and the Housing Authority will be guaranteed under an Annual Contributions
Contract entered into by and between the Authority and the United States of
America acting by and through the Department of Housing and Urban Develop-
ment, pursuant to Section 23 of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, the City and the Hauling Corporation have agreed that the
Housing Corporation will pay annually to the City, in lieu of all ad valorem
taxation by the City of the real and personal properties and facilities of the
Housing Corporation to be acquired and constructed as said project, the same
being more particularly described as HUD Project Fla 75-1A and HUD project
Fla 75-15, and as and for the xeasonable value of and expense to the City of
its furnishing to such housing units and the occupants thereof police and fire
protection and related municipal services, the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10, U00), and it is appropriate that the City make a determination with respect
