1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby approves
the appointment by the Pinellas County Council of Mayors of a study committee,
which committee shall (1) investigate and study the telephone franchises in
the various Pinellas County municipalities; (Z) report the findings of its study
to the telephone company and the various municipalities; and (3} to transmit
the reply from the telephone company to said report back to the various
municipalities .
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution shall be delivered to the
Pinellas County Council of Mayors.
