to determine the need and necessity to construct sanitary sewer lines and
facilities in the unincoxporated geogxaphic area of Lats i through 5 and Lots
2Z through 25, incluuive, of Belleair Gxovea, according to the map ar plat

2. Notice o[ the hearing shall be published in the Clearwater Sun
once a week for at least two (2) weeks; the first publication of the notices to be
not less than ten (1~) days prior to the hearing provided for in #ha notice.
In addition, the City Clerk shall send written notice to all property owners
within said geographic unincorporated area ae determined by the current
Pinellas County tax roll at least ten {lp) days before the scheduled hearing.
The notice shall require all persons interested to show cause why said sewer
lines and facilities should not be constructed.
