WHEREAS. it hoe been requested by M. J. Brock do 3one, the
owner of certain real property in Section 1, Towne hip 29 South, Range 15
East, Pinclias County, Florida, located in the City of Clearwater, Fiorid:y,
that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain portion of a dedicated
easement; and "
WHEREAS, said easement~is not necessary nor required and ~~ is deemed
to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general public that
the same be vacated;
NOWT THEREFORE, HE lT RESOLVED BY THE C1TY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the East 5 feet of the following described easement:
The West ld feet of the Northeast 1/4 0~ the Northwest 1/4
of Section 1, Township z9 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto
by law.
2. That t}te City Cleric is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to M. J.
Brock & Sons, c/o Black, Crow & Eidenese, Inc. , 511 Oak Avenue,
Clearwater, Florida 33516.
