WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater, Florida, has bean made aware
that certain pornographic material ie being sold by Clearwater Booke Unlimited,
ZO S. Garden Avenue, which is operated by Arno Enterprises, loc. ;and
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of authorizing the City
Legal Department and the City Prosecutor to bring suit against said store
and/or its corporate afficars to en}oin its operation within the City of
Clearwater;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED F5Y THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
FN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY A55EMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, Florida,
hereby authorize the City Legal Department and the City Prosecutor to bring
suit against Clearwater Books Unlimited, 20 S. Garden Avenue, Clearwater,
Florida, and/or its corporate officers, to enjoin its operation within the City
of Clearwater.
