IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
i. That in accordance with House Bill 59'3b {Chapter 70-90b} passed
by the Florida State Legislature, whose effective date was October 1, 1970,
the City of Clearwater hereby declares its intention to hold a public hearing
to determine the need and necessity to construct sanitary sewer lines and
facilities in the unincorporated geographic area abutting Morrow Drive, between
Nursery Road and Penny Lane, in Douglas Manor, 1st Addition, Clearwater,
Pinellas County, Florida, on the 18th day of October , 1971, at 1:30

Z. Notice of the hearing shall br, published in the Clearwater Sun
once a woek for at least two {2} weeks; the first publication of the notice to be
not less khan ten {1Q} days prior to the hearing provided for in the notice.
In addition, the City Clerk shall send written notice to all property owners
within said geographic unincorporated area as determined by the current
Pinellas County tax roll at least ten {14} days before the scheduled hearing.
The notice shall xequire all persona interested to show cause why said sewex
lines and facilities should not be constxucted.
