No, 71 - 103
WHEREAS, the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, is ,
Trustee undor and by virtue of a Construction Trust Fund Agreement,
dated September 16, 19b3, which Construction Trust Fund is derived from
proceeds of the sale of Utilities Tax Improvement Certificates, Sexier
of I962; and
WHEREAS, said Bank has submitted a bill in the amount of $124.75
for its compensation, in accordance with the provisions of said '1'xust Fund
Agreement, which said bill should be paid from said Trust Fund. copy of
which is hereto attached and by reference made a part hereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SE5SION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS
1. That the sum of $120,75 be paid from the Construction Trust Fund
dated 5eptembex 16, 1463, by the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida,
Trustee thereof, to the Bank of Clearwater, Clearwater, Florida, in payment
of its bill dated August 17, 1971, for Trustees compensation as provided
in said Agreement.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be delivered forthwith to
said Trustee, which certified copy shall constitute the direction of the
City of Clearwater to said Trustee to pay said amount directly to itself.
