WHEREAS, it has been requested by George C. Hari•lsnn Realty
Company and Frank Schaenwissnex, the owner o[ certain real pxaperty
in Lake View Heights, in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that tho City
of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain portion of dedicated right of way
known as South Street; and
WHEREAS. said right of way is not necessary nor required and it.
is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
r- 1. That the following:

O.R. Book 1354, page 377, of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida,
