WHEREAS, ft has been requested by Andrew Kelleher and Grover
C. Moore, Jr., the owners of certain real property in Grand View Terrace
Subdivision in the City of Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater,
Florida, vacate a certain partion of dedicated right of way known as
Maple Street; and •
WHEREA5, said right of way is not necessary nor required and it
is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated;
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the C~.ty of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and interest
thereto to the persons, firms or corpoxations entitled thereto by law, excepting
that the City of Clearwater hereby retains an easement for roadway purposes
and installation and maintenance of all public utilities, including but not limited
to water, electric and storm and sanitary sewer lines.
2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
3. That a certified copy of this Resolution be furnished to Tom R,
Moore, Attorney for Andrew Kelleher and Grovex C. Moore, Tr. , 510 N. Ft.
Harrison Avenue, Clearwater, Florida 33515.
