WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has previously paid out of its
funds gums to cover certain miscellaneous expenses in connection with tho
validation and execution of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of lgbg; and
WHEREAS, the City of Cleaxwater should now be reimbursed far such
sums expended from the Construction Trust Fund derived from the proceeds
of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1969; a»d
WHEREAS, there is now due and payable to the General Fund of the

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
i. That the sum of $620. 66 be paid to the General Fund of the City
of Clearwater from the Construction Trust Fund by the First National Bank
of Clearwater, Florida, Trustee thereof of Construction Trust Fund Agree-
ment dated ,Tuly 10, 1870, which Construction Trust Ftiind ig derived from
proceeds of the sale of Utility Revenue Certificates, Series of 1969.
