NOW, THER.EFORE~ BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER~ FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the following described property be and the same is hereby
dedicated as an easement far roadway and utilities purposes for use by the
general public and the City of Clearwater generally as their interests may
The North 60 feet of the West 480 feet of the South 788 feet
of the following described parcel: Begin at the SW corner of NE
1 J4 of SW 1/4 of Section 6, Township z9 South, Range 16 East
and run thence N 89° 5917" E, 42.32 feet along the 40-acre line
to the centerline of Coachman Road pavement for P. O. B.;
thence N 0° 12'2?" E, along the Centerline of said Coachman
Road pavement 1323. Z3 feet to the I/4 Section line; thence
N 89' 51'19" E, 592.25 feet along the E and W 1/4 Section
line (which is the Centerline of Barrett Road Pavement, Co.
Road 50j; thence S 0. 12°27" W, 1324.58 feet to the 1/4
Section, line; thence S 89° 59'17" W, 592.25 feet along said
