WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater is finalizing plane for the improving,
landscaping and beautification of Edgewater Drive ~U.S. lgA) between Union
Street and Sunset Point Road within the corporate limits of the City of
Clearwater, Florida; and
WHEREAS. the City of Clearwater wishes to request the Pinellas
County Water and Navigation Control Authority to waive the processing fee
far such propaeed pro,}ect, including the filling to existing bulkhead line; and
WHEREAS, said Authority requires a formal request be made by a
municipality for the waiving of said processing fee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
1. That the City Commission of the City of Clearwater hereby
formally requests the Pinellas County Water and Navigation Control Authority
to waive the processing fee for filling that portion of property lying between
Sunset Point Road on the South, Edgewater Drive, also known as U. S. 19A,
on the East, Union Street extended on the North and the waters of Clearwater
Bay to existing bulkhead line, Clearwater, Florida.
Z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded forthwith to
the Pinellas County Water and Navigation Control Aut/hori
