WHEREAS, ttsc Cily of Clearwater is the owner of the hereinafter
described property; and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the City Cvmmis~ion
that said property has never been formally dedicated ae a drainage and
utility easement, although the same is to be used for such purpose; and
WHEREAS. the City Commission desires to officially dedicate said
easements by formal resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER~ FLORIDA,
