Na. 71 -49
WHEREAS. it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the
State Department of Transportation, to locate, construct and maintain ar
improve a portion of State Raad 55 in Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are owned by the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida a request has been
made far an easement over a portion of said lands of this City;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMLSSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER~ FLORIDA
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, City Manager. City Clerk and City Attorney he
and they are hereby authorized and directed to make. execute and deliver to
the State of Florida for the Use and Benefit of the State Department of
Transportation the necessary instruments to effect such easement.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the State
of Florida Department of Transportation.
