Department of Transportation, to locate, construct and maintain or improve
a portion of State Road 55 in Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project axe owned by the City of Clearwater; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida a request has been
made for a conveyance of a portion of said lands of this City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN 5ESSiON DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS
1. That the Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to
the State of Florida for the uee and benefit of he State Department of
Transportation the necessary instruments to effect such conveyanco.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the State
of Florida Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, A. D. 1971.
