RESOLUTION
No, 71 - 9 l
WHEREAS, it is proposed by the State of Florida, through the
State Department of Transportation, to locate, construct and maintain or
improve a portion of State Road 55 and 60 in Pinellas County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the City of Clearwater has been granted casements over
portions of the lands involved and necessary to said project; and
WHEREAS, on behalf of the State of Florida a request has been
made for a Subordination of Encumbrance to Property Rights over said
lands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
GOMMLSSION OF 'THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN 5ESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to
the State of Florida for the use and benefit of the State Department of
Transportation the necessary instruments to effect such Subordination.
Z. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the State
of Florida Department of Transportatian.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, A.D. 1971.
