COMMI55ION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk and City Attorney be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to make, execute and deliver to
the State of Florida for the Use and Benefit of the State Department of
Transportation the necessary instruments to effect ouch Subordination.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the State
of Florida Department of Transportation.
