WHEREAS, it has beerr< requested by Park Square, Inc. , the owner
of certain real property in Hibiscus Gardens Subdivision, in the City of
Clearwater, Florida, that the City of Clearwater, Florida, vacate a certain
portion of dedicated right of way known as Lady Mary Drive and Stevenson
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, said right of way is not necessary nor required and it
is deemed to be to the best interest and advantage of the City and the general
public that the same be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, $E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY Op' CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
IN SESSION DULY AND REGULARLY ASSEMBLED, A5
FOLLOWS:
i. That the following:

~ That portion of Lady Mary Drive lying West of Block Z,
~ South of the Easterly extension of the South right of way line
- of Pierce Street and North of the Westerly extension of

a. the North right of way line of Franklin Street AND ALSO
r+r ~"% that gortion oI Lady Mary Drive lying West of Lots I and
2 of Block Z, all as shown on the Plat of Hibiscus Gardens
as recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 55 through 59 of the
Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
AND
That portion of Stevenson Boulevard lying East of Block W,
South of the Easterly extension of the South right of way line
of Pierces ,street and North of the Easterly extension of the
North right of way line of Franklin Street as shown on the
Plat of Hibiscus Gardens as recorded in Plat Book 14, pages
55 thx'ough 59, of the Public Records of Pinellas County,
Florida;
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of
Clearwater hereby quit claims and releases all of its right, title and
interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled thereto by
law, subject, however, to an easement being granted across the said property
for drainage and utility easement on the Westerly side thereof.
z. That the City Clexk is hereby dixectcd to record this Resolution
in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
